JFK CORPORATE SQUARE
Station-Area Development at AirTrain Planning, predevelopment work, designed local stakeholder engagement for an "airport village" complex of new offices, hotel(s) and supportive retail, parking and open space; establishment of business improvement district (BID) along Sutphin Boulevard. www.jfkcorporatesquare.com
MID-BLOCK DEVELOPMENT
Completion of Development and Improvements for 4-block Central Area Development facilitation and construction including, initially, new market-rate housing and public parking garage, followed by two small office buildings. Project began with renovation/reuse of vacant Firehouse, Jamaica Market, small office building for Neighborhood Housing Services, and GJDC headquarters. 
JAMAICA PATHWAYS
New Physical Amenities, Beautification and Improvements of Public Sidewalks and Spaces Construction of phase one improvements along section of Sutphin Boulevard; 159th Street through York College campus, including LIRR underpass; 160th Street (Archer to 90th Avenue), including LIRR underpass. Second phase is in planning.
CULTURE BUILDS JAMAICA
Linking the Arts with Economic Development With downtown Jamaica as the venue, forging collaborations and working arrangements among local arts/cultural groups and business organizations and interests to meet mutual objectives and strengthen both.  www.go2ccj.org
YORK COLLEGE AS CENTERPIECE
New "Synergies" for Local Economic Development Brokering partnerships with U.S. FDA, the Aviation/Airport community, local re-manufacturing businesses, small business lenders and technical assistance providers to strength York's role as an engine for economic development in Jamaica.
CAPITAL ACCESS
Special loans for Small Businesses Origination and closing of below-market loans for "nearly bankable" small businesses, usually in cooperation with banks. Loan fund is revolving, capitalized by U.S. EDA and certified with GJDC as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
JAMAICA FIRST
Jamaica First is a project of the Corporation to plan and, facilitate a comprehensive public parking system to serve better the businesses, institutions, residents and visitors of Jamaica Center. Jamaica First will acquire and develop a number of parking properties, located throughout Jamaica Center.
