MID-BLOCK DEVELOPMENT Completion of Development and Improvements for 4-block Central Area Development facilitation and construction including, initially, new market-rate housing and public parking garage, followed by two small office buildings. Project began with renovation/reuse of vacant Firehouse, Jamaica Market, small office building for Neighborhood Housing Services, and GJDC headquarters. |
