The Business Solutions Center (BSC) is a joint initiative of the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) and Grant Associates, a private company that has been meeting business needs since 1997.

The BSC brings a wide range of services to Queens businesses:

Workforce Development — The BSC has on-staff professionals and an unrivaled pool of qualified jobseekers that enable us to send you outstanding, pre-screened candidates to meet recruitment needs at every level. We also provide access to training programs designed to upgrade the productivity of your current workforce and reduce turnover.

Business Assistance — Offers business seminars and classes, coordinates city services, government resources and community contacts to support your business.

Red Tape Busting — BSC helps businesses address problems with city, state and federal agencies or with utility companies.

Procurement — We provide leads for government contracting opportunities and technical assistance to give you the tools you need to bid successfully.

Financing — We’ll assess your fit with and then refer you to the services and programs that will get you the financing you need to start or grow your business.

Business Incentives — The BSC can identify and link you to the government-sponsored incentive programs that will lower your taxes or reduce operating costs.

Business Planning — We’re ready to provide technical assistance, training and development ideas for businesses at all stages.

The Business Solutions Center is co-located with the Workforce1 Career Center in Jamaica, Queens.
